Refund & Return Policy

At Peeptopin, we care about your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy explains how you can return your item and request a refund.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is in its original condition and packaging

  • It has not been used, altered, or damaged

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@peeptopin.com with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photographic evidence if the item is damaged

We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • You will be notified by email once your refund is processed.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue
    We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
