Peeptopin Refund and Returns Policy

At Peeptopin, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and options.
1. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Time Frame: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Art prints must not be damaged, altered, or framed.
- Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at info@peeptopin.com or call us at (352) 748-2453. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the item.
- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized, personalized, or special-order prints are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment method. The refunded amount will appear in your account or on your credit card statement.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your art print arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a full refund or a replacement, at your preference. In such cases, please follow these steps:
- Time Frame: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide Photos: Please take clear photos of the damage or defect, including the packaging and print, to help us process your claim quickly.
- Return Process: We will provide you with return instructions for the damaged or defective item and arrange for a refund or replacement.
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can cancel an order only if it has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it will fall under our return policy.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for damaged or defective items. If you would like to exchange an item for a different design, size, or color, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
6. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once we review your return request, we will provide return authorization and instructions.
- Prepare the Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with it.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions. Please keep the tracking number for your records.
- Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange, depending on your request.
